Friday Night Flight - April 13, 2012

What's on tap for the upcoming Friday Night Flight? On March 27, 2010, my mom passed away, on April 1st 1988 My Wife's father passed away. It got me to thinking, I can do a dedication show to those who have passed on or living that mean something to us.

On the April 13th show, I will be playing Listener dedications. If you have a song (70s or 80s Rock & Pop, sorry, no country) you would like to dedicate, email me the name of the artist and song, and who it is dedicated to. If you would like, you can also include what you'd like to say to the person it's dedicated to in the email & I will read it on air before your dedication plays. Friday Night Flight 3-30-12

What's on tap for the upcoming Friday Night Flight? Since the March 16th Show, My music library continues to grow. I will be playing a lot of those new tracks and taking requests as he can. I will be kicking off the Spring season (Albeit about a week into spring). The Show airs on March 30th at 10 PM Eastern / 7PM Pacific on Renegade Retro

We will play some songs that made the 70s & 80s great and even the occasional 60s song (that the host finds cool...this program is a constant evolution in progress). A little bit of something for any 70s/80s fan will air!

My regular Broadcasting Computer has been acting up, so this show will broadcast on my "mobile studio" (last time the Mobile was used was my premeire of metal Shop in June 2010). Tune in Friday at 7 PM Pacific / 10 PM Eastern.

What's on tap for the upcoming Friday Night Flight? With Both Retro Dance Party & Saturday Night All 80s Request Show being on Hiatus for possibly the remainder of the year, Friday Night Flight is the sole live show still airing.

We will play some songs that made the 80s great. A little bit of something for any 80s fan will air! a few teaser christmas songs will also be thrown in.

"5 seconds" is being retired as it is causing issues on my mic when I do the segment. Tune in Friday at 7 PM Pacific / 10 PM Eastern.

Bear in mind the 80s new wave & pop library will still be somewhat limited, so no requests will be taken the first few shows under this new change.

November 11th show Update

What's on tap for the upcoming "Metal Shop"? With Both Retro Dance Party & Saturday Night All 80s Request Show being on Hiatus for possibly the remainder of the year, Metal Shop is the sole live show still airing.

With that, I have decided to temporarily ditch Metal Shop, and will instead air an "Across the board 80s Show". Meaning I will also play New wave and Pop tunes. The show will be renamed "Friday Night Flight" During this period.

Metal Shop's Fate at this point is still up in the air, but fear not Metalheads, this does not mean I am ditching the hard rock and Metal genres, I'm just "adding" genres to the library to play.
